Incoming Quality Control is the first quality control hurdle for a company's products before production, if unqualified products are put into the process, it will lead to failure in process or final product , resulting in huge losses to company. 1.The steps of inspecting PCB motherboard of LED power supply
 
Packaging : Checking the material name, material code, specification , production date and packaging arrangement
Appearance:The surface of the PCB motherboard should be flat without bumps and distortion. Green oil should be uniformly distributed over the whole surface, no peeling or covering copper foil. The holes in the PCB board have to meet the production requirements. The copper foil should be bright, without oxidation, warping and oil stains.The screen printing must be clear and true, not fuzzy.
ROHS: Check if the ROHS test report is within effective date and accords with the ROHS limit values.

Packaging : Checking the material name, material code, specification , production date and packaging arrangement
Appearance:The accessories have no missing parts, dropped parts, reversed parts, wrong parts, crooked parts, high parts, etc. The red glue must not spill over the pads . 3.The steps of inspecting transformer/filter/inductance of LED power supply
 
Packaging : Checking the material name, material code, specification , production date and packaging arrangement
Appearance:The skeleton is intact, without burrs or breakage. The core is good, not broken or loose. No short bridge or false solder on pins. Good hanging wire, no broken. Marking direction should be consistent, not reverse and fuzzy.
Size: The transformer is well assembled with the PCB board and the floating height is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
ROHS: Check if the ROHS test report is within effective date and accords with the ROHS limit values.

4.The steps of inspecting electrolytic capacitor of LED power supply
 
Packaging : Checking the material name, material code, specification , production date and packaging arrangement
Appearance:The body is intact, not broken, dirty, burrs etc.; Pin polarity differentiation (electrolytic capacitors), no oxidation, deformation. Electrolyte of the electrolytic capacitor is intact and must not overflow. The screen printing must be clear and true, not fuzzy.
Size: Its width, height and pin spacing need to be within tolerance and can be matched to the PCB.
ROHS: Check if the ROHS test report is within effective date and accords with the ROHS limit values.

Appearance:The body is intact, no deformation, burrs, scratches, over-gluing, under-gluing, breakage, etc.; the Pin is intact, no breakage, rusting, etc. The screen printing must be clear and true, not fuzzy.
Size: It should accord with standards of samples and acknowledgement
ROHS: Check if the ROHS test report is within effective date and accords with the ROHS limit values.
